Cottages on Edmonds

I really enjoyed touring this apartment property! Yesenia was friendly and welcoming and the community felt clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The layout and amenities were exactly what I’m looking for, and the location is a great fit for me. I’m seriously considering moving in this March and am excited about the possibility of calling this place home.

My experience with Yesenia Melendez was absolutely excellent. She was professional responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions made everything clear and stress free, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. The property manager has been super professional, maintenance request have been handled promptly. Its a quiet property. Parking could be better but it's not unmanageable. Overall this is a good property.

Great community to live in, very affordable for todays market & It’s a quiet community and everyone seems to be friendly. The office manager, Yozellin, is amazing! Very professional, extremely welcoming and friendly with great customer service! My move in day was her first day and she’s always been very tentative to my needs since day one! The units are also nice and very spacious - my unit has a patio which is similar to a small backyard. Which gives the apartment a very homey feel. 10/10 recommend renting here! You will be treated well. ❤️
