Lived here for 3 years absolutely love this place ! Tasha is always amazing and has been nothing but helpful kind and humane. Love the Layout & the fact every keeps to themselves here .

To be honest, I have been here from 2021and Claude is the best maintenance person. He gets things fix properly. Normally, previous maintenance person don't tend to fix things properly. Claude is very nice, polite, jovial, well mannered and very professional too. Nice to have him on the property. It makes it easier to get things done. Especially for emergencies. Point to note, not all the tenants are nice to Claude and some are hard to please. Thanks Cottages by the Bay to having Claude here with us.

Claude ( in the maintenance dept. ) was kind enough to give me a brief tour as the office was closed. It's seems to be a very quiet little neighborhood close to many amenities. Altho the lawn was high and some of the cottages need refurbished I would recommend it here for singles . A pool or club house would add to the ambiance Cottages by the bay has charm and so does the maintenance dept. Thank you Claude I give it 3.5 stars

We appreciated Henry and Adrianna for all their hard work they have done for cottage by the bay . They truly are hard workers. We understand that it is going to take some time to get Cottage by the bay up to pare because of the previous management neglected .Clarissa is by far the best landlord we have ever had. She was able to work with us during Covid and is and has always been able to reach unlike the last landlord we had. Over all Cottage by the Bay is own home and we truly appreciate their dedication to the tenants.

Don't move here. Can't get anything repaired.
