I wasn’t going to leave a review, but then I saw that they shockingly had a 5 star review from 2 weeks ago, and I couldn’t imagine how that could be possible with the management issues that residents are facing dealing with Pathfinder Property Management. So I clicked on this reviewers page, and crazy enough, this reviewer has reviewed several properties that are managed by PPM…weird. And then, he even left his name (Sean) after the only review he left that wasn’t an apartment complex (which also happens to be the name of someone who works at PPM!). I’m sure all crazy coincidences. Everyone was super nice and communicative. Great price for the area and having a garage was a must. Made the choice easy!

Do NOT rent from here. The property management company has changed multiple times and there is ZERO maintenance assistance. My apartment flooded and they give you zero way to contact anyone. It’s been one disaster after another in trying to get ahold of anyone at the office with contract questions, a malfunctioning washer dryer and then later a leaking AC that leaked into the apartment, low water pressure which still hasn’t been resolved. Avoid this place at all costs.

My partner and I applied to live here for rent. IF YOU ARE A YOUNG PERSON AND WENT TO COLLEGE AND ARE WORKING TOWARDS YOUR FINANCES DO NOT APPLY HERE. EVEN IF YOUR 3rd PARTY MAKES 5x THE RENT. Maintenance requests have been ignored since November 2024. Can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. Tried the emergency number.......no response. Last text received was Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Said they would get back with me. Still no word.
