Harmony by Estridge Homes

Having lived in this lovely, quaint community for a little over a year, we are pleased with the construction quality, and we especially love the staff at the sales office. The home warranty repairs are slow but not impossible to procure. The neighbors are collectively phenomenal, and we have always felt a sense of peace here. We have lived in many places scattered around the globe, so we feel that we have unearthed a pleasant escape from much of life's challenges in a home that is generally of high quality.

WARNING!!!!! I would not build or buy an Estridge home! I have been in my home for over four years and they still have not fixed things which were under a 2 year warranty. There is no follow through, you have to nag and argue with them about every repair and they back out from what they say they are going to do. They try to argue every little thing saying it’s not their responsibility. They then ignore you when you attempt to resolve things. They take so long getting to repairs that repairs become impossible without replacing items completely due to items being no longer made/in stock, etc. They even have the gall to say it is home maintenance or you are out of warranty even when the 20 plus items have been on a repair list since a 3 month walk through. I have personally been to my daughter's Estridge home, have seen her uncorrected under-warranty issues, and also have seen the supposedly 'fixed' issues that were made worse instead of better. If you plan on getting a new Estridge home, I suggest you also plan on under-warranty issues not being fixed. Just like many of your neighbors have learned, it will become your responsibility to fix under-warranty issues, and you will be stuck with 'as-is condition'.
