The maintenance team is amazing, every time I put in a maintenance order the problem or issues are fixed and resolved in a timely manner. John is amazing and does an amazing job and I can’t remember the lady’s name that comes with him but they are the absolute BEST maintenance duo ever! Even when you see them when they aren’t on the clock, they are the most kind and friendliest people you could ever meet. I would 1000% recommend them to fix any issue you have while staying here, they’ve made my 2 years living here worth it honestly.

My daughter resides in Cottage Row. I couldn't be happier with the ownership, facilities, and service of the members in the office. They are responsive, caring, and extremely helpful when parents need assistance. I give my wholehearted recommendation to anyone needing a great place to have their children live.

John the maintenance man at Cottage Row has made my experience great since moving in! Any issues I may have have been taken care immediately with now questions asked. Definitely the best maintenance crew I’ve seen at an apartment complex!

This is my second school year here at Cottage Row and I absolutely love it for several reasons, specifically the maintenance crew, Louise and Jonathan. they have always gone above and beyond for me and my roomates. from small simple fixes to big ones, they have always responded fast, done an amazing job, and been over the top friendly. 10/10 would always recommend.

We paid a one time pet “ initiation fee” for a cat along with documents of vaccinations etc. No mention of a monthly cat fee. Lived in the apt for 2 yrs without a cat fee. Suddenly, in September, 2025 a cat fee of $25 was added to the monthly rent. Every month. No notice. This was NOT in the signed rental contract, so I’m not even sure it is legal, but my daughter ( who lives in the apt) didn’t want to complain or make waves so she pays it. Very shady. What’s next, a refrigerator rental fee? If they can think of a fee, they’ll add it.
