Cottage Point Apartments

My boyfriend lives here and I was visiting him and I left downstairs by myself and one of the mantinace men started screaming and cussing at me about dog poop. During the altercation he told me he would throw dog poop on my boyfriend's door. I felt harassed and unsafe. I had to call the cops and make a harassment report. Unfortunately when I told the property manager she seemed to not care and just told my boyfriend he should have picked up the dogs poop. We take the dog to a dog park and always carry bags with us and always pick up the dogs poop. This man was violent and unprofessional and made me feel very unsafe. He also waited until I was alone to confront me as my boyfriend had left about 30 minutes earlier and the mantinace man had seen him and not said anything. I felt as though he

I have been here 9 months and every month I been here I had to be in sewer water and for 3 weeks I didn’t have an ac and one day when I was cooking my breaker box pop and now I have an extension cord running from the kitchen to the living room because they won’t fix the problem then when it rains outside it will flood my apartment don’t come looking for a place and don’t get apartment 6D it will ruin your life then they will tell u everything u wanna hear but never fix the problems.. I have kids there is mold in here any day now the walls can collapse and then what don’t come looking for a nice place over here it’s cheap but it’s not worth your time or money and they try to make themselves look good girl bye I told u to put my roommate on the lease y’all are jokes for real but it’s okay I’

I moved in June 6th. The manger is so sweet and very responsive. The maintenance man is very professional and tries to be quick at fixing any issues. I love my place and feel safe. It's not the best looking building, but not the worst either. Rent is fare. Looking forward to the year and more. My apartment is cute and cozy. The best part is it's bug free. They keep up with pest. Emily is a awesome manger.

I've had such a great experience moving in. The manager is sweet kind very accommodating. With the understanding that she has a very busy schedule.

Worst apartments in all of lubbock... maintenance and management (megan hall) are complete jokes..whats worse that them is the owner john who live outta town..
