Cottage Park Apartments

The girl who works in the office treats people very badly. I went to ask about the apartments and she came out in a bad mood and treated people badly. They should change the staff because that's no way to treat people who are just coming to ask for information about renting. VERY BAD.

I can’t say enough good things about the management team here! Lesley, the property manager, consistently goes above and beyond for the tenants. She’s always professional, responsive, and truly cares about the people who live here. It makes a big difference knowing someone is genuinely looking out for you. And Grant, the maintenance man, is just as amazing! He keeps the property in great shape and is always quick to respond to any issues. His work is thorough, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Together, Lesley and Grant make living here a pleasure. Their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated

I can’t say enough good things about Cottage Park! The professionalism from the office manager, Lesley, is truly top-notch—she is always courteous, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to assist residents. And when it comes to maintenance, Grant is Johnny-on-the-spot! Anytime there’s an issue, he’s quick to respond and gets things taken care of efficiently. Their work ethic is outstanding, and I genuinely wish more businesses operated with the same values and respect for individuals as they do. Highly impressed!

Horrible apartment complex maintenance people are very lazy and unprofessional. They deserve no star everybody in the front office are unprofessional and rude! Anytime you would call her about a problem she would be rude or not answer the phone. Say she will fixed the problem and never fixed it. They have very bad mold throughout the entire apartment complex that they kept telling me they was going to fix and never fixed it. They also raised the rent 3 times since I been there but never fixed anything.
