They would not allow me to sign my 3 year lease, I have perfect compliance , I made a grievance to manager , and was immediately filed on after the grievance, to remove myself in 2 months , which is impossible for disabled seniors to do with cost of rentals anywhere in Baldwin . Personal experience, if they have NO reason to eviction and can not do so, they will still put you out by the oldest trick, just simply not allow you to renew. I am having to fight to stay, but if I am blessed not to be in the streets, I will follow orders to stay in my apt and never speak or make friends . I will be a bug on the wall . I have NEVER HAD A EVICTION IN MY ENTIRE LIFE , NOW MY perfect history will be ruined and I will be in homelessness .

My grandmother stayed here for 11 years and never missed a payment or bothered anyone, she passed away and the owner and manager both threatened us and were extremely rude while we were moving her things out so the next person would have a clean apartment. Not to mention I had to do all maintenance for her and a few other residents because nobody ever done maintenance. The whole place is falling apart, hallways are nasty and full of stains.

Miss Chasity is an amazing administrator of this facility. I definitely recommend it. Five out of five.

Love this Community and it’s Residents. Relaxing place to live for those that have retired.
