These units are individually owned and lot are used as rental properties. My first year here was pleasant however over the past 4 months I've seen a decline and I'm for sure it's the renters. For months now the people living above me continue to throw cigarettes ashes, butts and beer cans into my patio area. I have made several calls to the HOA Priestly Management and have yet to receive a call back or resolution. Just beware before purchasing or renting.
Places are nice and maintained pretty well. My 1 complaint would be I find the monthly HOA fees a little high based on what I've seen others get for the money around town..
