I have been a resident of Copper Pass Apartments for 4 years and have experienced multiple management changes over and over again so many I can’t keep track. Finally we have a exceptional manager at the helm who has shown to be reliable, quick to respond to complaints, concerns and questions and has proven herself capable of handling any situation or issue that is presented to her. Her job isn’t easy, and yet she treats everyone equally with respect and dignity even when she is being verbally abused by an unhappy tenant who doesn’t follow the terms of the lease. Avoid at all costs! I've been renting for 20 years and have never lost a deposit until renting with Costello. Not only are they stealing the deposit but charging over a grand in damages. They replaced a perfectly working fridge because one of the shelves on the door came off. They charged for paint, carpet, and anything they can think of. This was likely due to an initial bad review, where I called out a property manager on unprofessional behavior and they have since retaliated. They are also asking people to leave good reviews.

The spiked my rent over $100. Front door has been broken since before christmas.

I was very happy with Paul's great work! He's always been kind, patient & trustworthy. I feel a little safer as a woman alone knowing Paul's around! Keep up the good work Paul! Called about refrigerator not working around 9am and had a new 1 before noon. Excellent management and maintenance!
