Been here a month and I love it! Best decision I ever made. Apartments are well kept and maintained. No pest control issues. Few minor repairs had to be ordered but nothing too big. Staff is friendly and welcoming and always planning events for residents. No noise issues and playground is well kept as well. Overall great place to live. I plan on stay for quite a while. Oh and the prices are very affordable.

Since I have been here I was not informed of a water bill only to have a large overdue balance. Also my apartment gets REALLY SUPER LARGE Grey spiders all the time and starting to see roaches a lot. I am afraid because where my apartment is in the back a lot of homeless people stay by the opening of the gate that the dumpster is located next to and I don't let my grandbaby or family come visit me often. Also the dishwasher is not latched down so it moves a lot whenever we use it.

Me and my spouse moved in mid march of 2024 only put about $200 down deposit of course it is based on background, income and all, they were able to get us to move into our first place of our own with our 2 daughters both under two. They were very helpful and nice we were able to take a look at the property and yes there was minor concerns but it wasn’t anything to keep up from moving in. 5 months later still no complaints I did have an issue with my smoke detector but they were able to have someone take a look of course not right away that’s not how life works maintenance was busy that day but we’re still able to get to me and showed respect. Over all staff of amazing, helpful and very understanding. It’s 2024 people things aren’t how they used to be. Me and my little family can definitely

The ladies in the office are so helpful and very kind they help me with everything I need & I had a lil issue nothing bad jst something that need lil fix they got maintenance right away & maintenance got the job done .. I am so happy this was the right place for me & my girls thanks for making us feel very welcome … 😍🫶🏼

Poor management/ doesn’t have an office manager, they tell you one thing multiple times and every week it’s something new going on with the application after approval. They don’t care, they are very rude. Had us emailing the things and documents to people that no longer work there which held back application but to even move in the application process took literally 7 weeks then was still pushed back because of the apartment not being ready. This is really ridiculous, get it together costas.!
