These are apartments are horrible. It could be freezing cold outside & the heater will still be off. How do tenants pay for heat & no heat is being produced. Its ridiculous. They came to repair my countertop and they do the worst job just to get the work over with it. They completely just didnt care. It wasn't leveled at all. This is horrible. I don’t even know what the workers even get paid for. This is a joke of an apartment complex.

I’ve had an excellent experience living in this apartment. The place is comfortable, modern, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything you need (grocery stores, public transportation, and restaurants). The building is quiet and safe, which makes it easy to feel at home. The landlord/management is very responsive and helpful, which gives a lot of peace of mind. The common areas are always clean and in great condition. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice, safe, and well-managed place to live.

I don't know who is writing the fake 5 star reviews but they are not from tenants. Instead of writing fake reviews they should try to be better. The biggest problem with these apartments is the lack of heat. Aside from not providing adequate heat, the office staff is nasty; they catch an attitude when you call to place a complaint. Do better.

I've lived in one of their apartments for a couple of years and I'm very pleased. Very easy to reach if you have any type of question. Each building has a super in charge of all the maintenance and cleaning, they also have people in charge for any repairs yoy may need in your property. Very accessible prices in an up and coming neighborhood.

Agents lie about the rent price before you submit an application so that they can keep your application fee. Make sure you record them while asking about anything important.
