Cosgrove Hill

Jay and Hector have been a pleasure to work with. They have immediately responded to a few appliance issues upon my move-in. I recently had knee surgery and they couldn't be more considerate as to my slow speed answering the door or otherwise getting around. They have made my daughter and I feel most welcomed to our new community.

We moved to Cosgrove. In May of this year. The entire management staff. has been very professional and terrific to work with. Sara is very thoughtful, energetic, professional, and helpful in many areas. Her leadership has been very necessary during this difficult construction endeavor . We shall miss Neil’s genuine kindness and help and wish him good luck in his new adventure and recovery. J and Martine have been incredible in fixing our problems and their positive attitude is always present. We are very happy living in Cosgrove Hill and appreciate all of the activities and projects they offer to the renters. It is a great community !!,

Cosgrove has everything I was looking for! Beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, plenty of square footage in the units, and they’ve got a pool! Cameron went above and beyond to give me a full tour of all the amenities, even went out of his way to show me a HUGE 3 bedroom townhouse! (: I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the warmest of welcoming environments (:

We absolutely love living in this community! The quiet and peaceful atmosphere makes it a wonderful place to call home. The management team is fantastic—always responsive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring residents have a great living experience. The maintenance team is equally impressive. They address any issues promptly and professionally, which gives us peace of mind. One of the standout aspects of this community is the events they host. These gatherings are always well-planned and provide a great opportunity to connect with neighbors and enjoy the community spirit. We’re so happy to have found this gem of a neighborhood and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live!

My MIL has lived here for about 10 years. They've had several changes in management and they recently moved to a key fob system. They refuse to provide an extra key fob and there is no way for anyone else to get in and out of her apartment. Her son nor daughter can have a key. She can't even have an extra fob to provide to us when we stay here so we can come and go freely. Not to mention, what if something happens to her? She is a senior citizen. What if she is injured, or sick, or has to stay in the hospital? She has one key fob. Edited to add that she pays for a two bedroom apartment. And they only give here one key fob. The office person told her the key fobs cost $300. That is not true. These are not like car key fobs. You can't unlock your door from 100 feet away with
