Corvus Property Management

The Corvus own the Lafayette Court in Palatine Bridge. No garbage pickup for over 5 weeks. No one will return phone calls and now some residents are having their rent checks cashed twice. These are elderly residents. What a nightmare.

They own a property in Palatine Bridge NY. All elderly people. As of yesterday, 8/2/24, they have no outside lighting, laundry facilities or hot water because Covus hasn't paid their electric bill. They show up at 3a.m to get the rent checks from the drop box so they don't have to answer any questions. Is this any way to treat elderly people? They're only in property management for the money.
