I purchased new home from Lennar recently. The landscaping project has been very complicated to selecting construction company and dealing with HOA approval. Finally plan got approved and asst. manager Breda A. was pleasure to working with all the process and timely response of the update.

Terrible property management company. We live in a new community and Corvus was forced down our throats as our default PM company. Unfortunately a few homes in our community have some water issues, but on more than one occasion the entire neighborhoods water has been shut off with no warning. I cant illustrate how frustrating this can be with a newborn at home and plans made for the day. Do better.

Big thanks to our HOA management team, especially Gina Carriola for doing such a great job helping coordinate the community garage sale! Their communication with residents, help with planning, and support behind the scenes really made a difference. Everything went smoothly, and it was awesome to see so many neighbors join in and have fun. We really appreciate the effort and teamwork—it helped bring the community together and made the event a big success. Thanks again for all your support!

I appreciate the dedication and professionalism that Corvus Management & Consulting brings to the table! Managing community concerns and trying to balance different opinions while staying true to regulations can be challenging. Corvus prioritize the majority's needs while maintaining fairness and Corvus does an excellent job at it. As a Board member I have had great experience with Corvus and I value their work. My perspective as a Board member understands the challenges they face, and I really appreciate the effort they put into making the community a better place. For example issues with Guest parking, Dog park, ground water leaks, Fire alarm panels, damaged grass have all been resolved.
