Cortona at Forest Park

Cortona is an amazing place to live. From my very first phone call to inquire about available units, everything felt easy and welcoming. Mick from the leasing office was incredibly friendly and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided lots of helpful information while really listening to what I was looking for. From the day I moved in, I’ve had a great impression of the property. My apartment was very clean when I moved in, and the community is well maintained. The friendliness from the leasing office didn’t stop after I signed the lease. Tami and Mick continue to be professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this apartment complex! The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are always super helpful, upbeat and always ready to jump in and assist with anything. Every interaction I have had has been positive and they truly make this place feel like home. The community is clean, comfortable, and full of good vibes. I have had such a great experience here, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a overall great place to call home where the staff genuinely shines!

Living at Cortona has been a terrific experience. I rented my unit sight unseen and both Tami and Mick were an incredible help throughout the entire process. My unit was newly renovated and I've had no issues requiring maintenance since I moved in. The staff routinely go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and put together a lot of social activities through which I've been able to meet a lot of my neighbors. Very pleased with my experience and highly recommended!

I’ve lived at the Cortona for over four years and it’s the best apartment building I’ve lived in! The leasing team does a good job of maintaining the building, being responsive to maintenance requests, and hosting seasonal events for residents. The location in the city is perfect, the amenities (pool, gym, ping pong table/rec room) are nice, and the rent is a good value for how nice the building/community is.

The maintenance staff are the sweetest and respond so quickly whenever something needs to be fixed.
