I’ve lived at Courtland Wren Northlake for nearly a year, and I’m truly impressed with how the community is run. The staff treat residents like family, and I feel welcomed and valued every day. I am especially grateful for Jamal R.—since moving here, he has been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and attentive. Jamal consistently goes above and beyond for the residents, and I want to make sure his outstanding customer service is recognized. On several occasions, his dedication and professionalism have really stood out, and I genuinely appreciate everything he does to help us at the place we call home! I hope he is blessed beyond measure for blessing us!

Anthony from maintenance deserves special recognition. He has been consistently helpful, quick to respond, and professional every time I’ve needed assistance. He explains what he’s doing, makes sure everything is fixed properly, and genuinely cares about keeping the apartments in good condition. I really appreciate his work and the level of service he provides.

Been here for years, originally lived in the phase 1 apartments and during that time had a decent living experience. Made the mistake of moving to their newer side phase 2 apartments and ironically the quality is worse than you’d expect. The apartments are poorly constructed; the walls and floors are uneven. There’s gaps between the floor and baseboards plus cheap flooring was selected since it separates and scuffs easily. Some areas on the walls bulge and the corners are a joke. Not sharp at all but angled strangely. Plus the apartment is settling quickly and unevenly. Once I leave this place, I’d recommend not moving to apartment 9808 001 cause you’ll have a poor experience. Having to work hard for money just to pay rent for an apartment not worth it anymore would grind anyone’s gears. I

I have gotten a letter stating I owe Cortland Wren $200. I never moved in or even signed a lease. In fact my application got denied. I spoke to a gentleman named Mika— twice from corporate last month and he stated I do not actually owe, it’s a mistake on your end, and it would be fixed. I paid $275 for the application and Administration fee and because of my denial in your contract I am supposed to get my Administration fee back. There is no reason why I should have any debt. I have now been threatened to have this reported to the credit bureaus when I owe nothing. It’s even more disrespectful because not even a month after denial I was served with this. I’m highly disappointed this has been going on for so long and that I’ve been out through this. Having this in my credit report is life

Jazzlin was amazing! She went above and beyond to show us a variety of options to help us identify the best fit for our family. She was very knowledgeable about the property, the various units, and the surrounding area. She was genuinely pleasant, patient, and a joy to work with! Thanks, Jazzlin!
