Cortland Whitehall

I lived in this condo for 6 years. Super quiet. Very nice people who worked there. I missed Emilio a lot when Hailee left Alexa , a super sweet girl, the maintenance guys, I never had any problems there. Thank God for that. I had to move for work. But now I would like to go back there. Greetings guys.

Supposedly after 6pm they tow if you are not registered and this one is parked in handicap without a handicap sticker. You even get towed if you park on the street. They also delete reviews that are negative. I have had guest street park for 2-3 days at a time without getting towed. But recently a relative was towed for street parking when Cortland had always said if they park in the parking lot they’ll be towed but getting towed while parking on the street is absolutely ridiculous. But no worries, I will not be renewing lease or referring anyone to this complex. Do yourself a favor and find a complex that has secure and adequate parking for its residents and guest! Also be mindful as strangers do check cars at night but I wont go into much detail as my review may get deleted. I hate this

I haven’t even moved in yet and I’m in love with this place! (Locked in my move in date at the end of July) From the amenities to the great location, this place has left me speechless. The leasing office is beautiful and the staff members were wonderful! I walked into this place just thinking this was going to be like every other apartment complex in the area but they weren’t and I’m glad! Most of the other apartment complexes had that stupid contract with Spectrum and that was a major deal breaker for me. I have direct tv and for what I pay monthly, along with it being bundled with my wireless account I didn’t want to give that up. Absolutely no way I'd recommend living here. First off the parking is absolutely atrocious. I work nights and constantly have to park to buildings away to get a spot. They leave the security gates open daily that allow you into the complex itself to get to your door. The problem with this is that constantly make a beeping noise do to being left open. The office knows about it but their response was yeah it's always been that way. Will again I'm sorry but when I can hear it through my window every night and impact my ability to be able to get sleep. Ridiculous it's not been disconnected. The walls are beyond paper-thin. You hear every little thing outside of the apartment. Airplanes, doors, conversations, everything. It makes it impossible to get a good night's rest. They say they have a

Branden and Stevenson were both professional, efficient and proficient. They were very knowledgable about all maintenance issues we had from big to small. It's always a pleasure to have them come fix anything because we know it will get fixed properly and fast!
