Because I was short on time, I did a video tour of my unit, and Joe was my guide—he was excellent. He walked me through everything in detail and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Joseph was amazing from day one. Came in to view the property and do a tour and he made me instantly fall in love with the place. Was very knowledgeable of all his floor plans and made sure I got into exactly what I needed .
