The maintenance team here is absolutely incredible. All of our maintenance requests have been answered in 48 hours or less. Our washing machine recently started acting up right at the end of the year and Jeremy was here helping us figure it out, order pieces, and explain what was going on. They always call before coming in and making sure it’s okay to enter and fix everything up. In less than a week they (Jeremy & Willy) installed our new machines. Out of all the places I’ve lived, this maintenance staff has been by far the best from efficiency to friendliness!

This is a beautiful community with a great team. Perfect central location, 10 minutes from everything and having a publix and target next door is a plus.

Jeremy was excellent. He responded very quickly after I submitted the request and completed the job efficiently and professionally. He was courteous, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. I really appreciate the fast service and great attitude. Thank you, Jeremy!

I absolutely love living here! Andrea is amazing and has helped keep my peace of mind with my children living here. She is always ready to put the next get together ready! From our Christmas party to Valentine’s Day breakfast. Maria has been literally the best! She listens and really does put things into action to make our lives here at Cortland better! Keondre was the first person we met and he kept it 100% and made me feel like I was talking to a lifelong friend. Nikita is the sweetest! The entire team is professional and ready to help in any way they can! Everyday, I am so happy we decided to move here!!
