We tried to tour this property and the experience was honestly ridiculous from the second we arrived. The valet wasn’t even prepared for guests and was just standing inside on his phone. We were waiting outside watching him stand there cluelessly. Not exactly the first impression you expect from a place that’s supposed to be “luxury.” Then it somehow got worse when we went inside. The concierge was unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. We simply asked basic questions about the building and pricing, and she refused to even tell us what units start at, even though the prices are literally posted online and she easily could have answered. BE AWARE! I recently moved out from the apartment for the following reasons: -new construction has SUPER LOUD which is out of control of management but it ABSOLOUTLY affect the living experience when you hear construction noise every day and night even on SATURDAYS! Many residents are leaving the complex because of the dusts and noise of it. Be aware! -the community has new management which they are doing fine but the complex itself has no space to be developed! Super small gym, no roof garden or any open or close area for the residents, and not a single space in entire complex which you can invite your guest to it (like a lounge or social space). Technically no amenities except its pool. -its a bit boring and more kind of senior living where most of the residents are +50 so just to hav

Edward was spectacular! He took the time to answer all of our questions and to get to know us. It is obvious that he loves his job, as his personality was electric. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I am confident he will find the perfect apartment for us!

Wow they look great. However Its better to pay unexpensive apartment and save money then buy a great house . Atleast its your own home no limited rules . Better to invest and waist money for expensive apartment. I will understand the amount of the rent if I am in Bay Area ( San Francisco).. but over $2000 here in Texas , I dont think so. .

The security manager, Chris was an absolute live saver. He came and helped me start my car when I was stranded in the parking garage. I'm grateful for his kindness! That is what customer service is all about! Thanks Chris 💕
