I’ll start by saying I love the unit I live in. It’s beautiful and modern with lots of natural light. However, there are several things I wish I had known prior to moving here. The parking garage gates are almost always broken so and sitting open. I have lived here for 7 months and there have been countless car break ins, cars that have had all four tires stolen over night. Packages are another issue. When lockers fill up everything else gets left sitting on the sidewalk. I’ve had at least 3 packages stolen so I’ve started shipping things to my parents’ house. Trash valet is very inconsistent so often times trash piles up in hallways. One occasion a trash bag busted open and there was filthy cat litter and cat poop in our hall for 3 days before it was addressed.

When I toured they rccomemded the West building where I dealt with an ongoing pest infestation at this property beginning in August 2025 that was never fully resolved despite multiple professional treatments. Bugs were present throughout the apartment, including under the bathroom sink and in kitchen areas. Because of this, I avoided using my bathroom sink and stove due to sanitation concerns near water and food preparation spaces. Pest control continued into December 2025, yet live insects were still present afterward. Management offered additional treatments and reimbursement for pest products but declined any rent adjustment despite the issue lasting for months and continuing through move-out. Rent is too high here Your cars will be broken in to in a gated parking deck They will promise security, but never an follow through Your packages will be stolen The package delivery system they have set up is chaotic The gym is terrible. Terrible treadmill. Yes, just one. People smoke weed every where. The grounds and facilities are dirty Management is terrible and they are doing anything to help the residents or keep us or our cars safe

Do not move in this complex. Someone broke into 20 cars today in the garage with a gate for security. It's either a tenant or a tenant knows who it is. This is not the first time. Cars have been stolen. Dog poop in hallway that is never cleaned up unless you do it. Weed smells and bugs. Leasing people don't care. No one calls back or is ever in office. Leasing is closed on Monday and barely here on other days. The security person is a joke. They give you tickets for parking in garage but can't nobody find the crook who breaks in cars. And packages are always stolen. It could be nice if they really cared who they put in here versus trying to fill apartments with thugs.
