I have been living at Courtland Jubilee Park for almost five years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. This community stands out for being peaceful, well-organized, and very well maintained. It is a quiet place where residents can truly feel comfortable and at home. I want to especially recognize Tristan, Johnatan and Jensen Rosario from the maintenance team. They are incredibly efficient, respectful, and professional. Every time they complete a job, everything is left clean, organized, and done with great attention to detail. Their work ethic truly reflects the high standard of this community. I recently moved in and chose Cortland at Jubilee Park as my first home after getting married, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, the entire process has been exceptionally smooth and highly professional. The management team is outstanding—always courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. They answered all of my questions, provided clear guidance, and responded with impressive speed. Barbara and Lyssandra have been absolutely wonderful! The apartment is incredibly spacious, and the maintenance team deserves special recognition as well. Great management! Really nice parking! Beautiful apartments! Some with lake view. Nice well maintained pool. Small but nice gym. Has some occasional event type things like recently a food truck came to the community center. Dog park within walkable distance nearby as well! Enjoying it very much here!

I’ve been living here for a month and have nothing but great things to say. From the super easy and fantastic leasing experience with the team on site. The community is very welcoming, the maintenance team is very efficient and communicative. Apartments are very spacious with a very reasonable rent price. Amenities in the community are neat all time. If you’re looking for a clean place to live, and surrounded by great people don’t hesitate, this is it. I’m not trying to sell the community to anyone but sharing the great experience I’m having here.

Look for a different place!!! Mangement is freindly at the start, but once you've signed the lease they couldn't care less about you as a resident! We pay extra every month to have a private garage in this place, only to have disrespectful and careless neighbors continuously park in front of it. The inattentive management has done nothing about the situation, despite numerous complaints. Also the nonstop smell of marijuana (IN A SUPPOSEDLY SMOKE-FREE COMMUNITY) is always present here. The gates are always broken, allowing all sorts of questionable people access to the complex. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
