Cortland Grand River

It looks like a decent place to live, offering more of a modern atmosphere. The staff here seems friendly & accommodating…typically stays in the office. All maintenance is done online through app, they even trash concierge which would probably be my favorite perk 😂 I understand that the covered parking is a charge I believe of around $50-$80, and to have their garage is anywhere from $130 to $200. I suggest you call to get accurate pricing They do advertise a dog park while it is really small, I think it’s a nice convenience to have. A gym, (business center-ish…. Two computers with a printer.) Of course, there is a pool that is available for spring in summer as well as a hot tub, that while I visit I always jump in 😉

Moving in soon thanks to Sharon! We had the most amazing experience after viewing more than 10 complexes. We came here off a whim and had the warmest welcome from Sharon at the front desk. She was patient with my sister and I and made sure we were actually happy with our choice. Not to mention answered any questions she was pestered with all the way through the application process. Please stop in and see their updated building!

Shoutout to the staff and maintenance team for always being helpful and on top of things. Everyone is easy to talk to, quick to respond, and does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and the office staff is always welcoming and helpful. It really makes living here a great experience. Appreciate all the hard work you all do!

Cortland Grand River has been exactly what I have been looking for. I searched for a nice, quiet complex that was close to everything, and I found it! It is very dog-friendly for my little pup, and I have found the staff to be extremely accommodating to some of my special needs requests. Marissa helped me with the initial signing of my lease. She answered all of my questions with ease and provided me with personal assurance that this is the place for me! She has also been wonderful at facilitating an environment that supports my personal needs. She has been extremely accommodating. Any maintenance requests I have, are responded to promptly and completed efficiently. Jason in particular has been wonderful! I have had a wonderful experience at Cortland Grand River so far. I want to especially highlight the kindness and care from the staff that work here. Their hard work and effort that they put into making sure my stay here is a wonderful experience goes above and beyond what I imagined. They are very responsive to anything that may arise, they are kind and caring, and they make sure that I feel heard. That goes a long way and makes my stay here a five star rating. The maintenance people here are very attentive and are kind and caring as well. They make sure that if a maintenance issue arises, that it is taken care of properly and efficiently.
