Cortland Brier Creek

I currently live at another Cortland property, and when the time comes for me to move, Cortland Brier Creek will be my first choice. I recently toured the community with Katie S, and the experience was outstanding. Katie was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel right at home. The professionalism and hospitality I experienced during the tour gave me complete confidence that Cortland Brier Creek will be a wonderful place to live, just like my current Cortland community. I truly appreciate the care and attention Katie showed, and I look forward to calling Cortland Brier Creek my future home.

On Monday of this week, I stopped by the office around 5:39 PM with another resident who is also a Cortland employee she needed to use the restroom and I wanted a bottle of water. Because it was extremely cold, my face and body were mostly covered, and I was wearing a mask—so I could not be easily identified. Despite this, I was not greeted or acknowledged by the staff member on site, Katie, who has been floating at our property for a few months. She is consistently rude and rarely polite when in person and over the phone. Katie did not ask whether she could assist me, nor did she attempt to find out if I was a resident, a guest, or even a potential future tenant. After my kids all moved out, I recently sold my house and decided to downgrade to an apartment. After an extensive search, I landed at Cortland at Brier Creek. I absolutely love this place. The application and leasing process was quick and easy, I was in a place within a week from applying. My leasing agent, Mikhail, was amazing! He had a great sense of urgency and made sure I felt welcome and cared for. It is obvious that Mikhail loves what he does! The amenities are amazing as well: plenty of parking, picnic areas, ample walking paths, dog park (they are VERY dog friendly), large refurbished swimming pool and a fully functional gym (that is currently under remodel, but will save me money on my current membership when it is completed with new state of the art equipment). After calling Cortland brier Creek home for nearly 8 years, it’s with genuine gratitude that I write this review. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. After 8 years I only left due to a life change that required relocation. The heart and soul of this place is its management team. I highly recommend anyone seeking a beautiful apartment managed by a dedicated professional and caring team,look no further.

I absolutely love this complex. I recently moved here, and it has been amazing! My search was limited as I own a German shepherd and I was so happy this community allows them! During my apartment search the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, but Abril was an absolute gem. She helped me through the entire process and every time I see her she always makes conversation! I would recommend this complex to anyone!
