Cortland Biltmore Place

Had a delivery today that was difficult because of your staff. The curly one to be exact. Dealing with her was like dealing with someone coming off Anesthesia. No compassion, understanding or wit and just a meathead and doesn't communicate with me while taking my I'd for 5 minutes and NOT explaining she's going to program a key for me, in which she failed at good lord. This delivery was for some ailing tenant that knows how difficult it can be dealing with this maze of a place. People are cold there. Rude women everywhere lol

I absolutely loved living here! The hospitality from Jasmine in the office is unmatched—she is truly so kind and always goes above and beyond. During my time here, I only had a few maintenance requests, and Austin was always attentive, prompt, and professional in resolving them. Living here has been such a positive experience overall!

I’ve lived here for 4 months now. The building’s in a great location and pretty quiet. The units have a solid, functional layout. The diligence with which the maintenance team responds to requests for service is unrivaled.

We were in a search of the safe and quiet community. After researching online we have discovered that Cortland Biltmore Place has an amazing reviews. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted with kindness and care from Jasmine. Since that moment everyone we spoke with was absolutely amazing. Property itself is very clean, secure and has a lot of wonderful amenities. Location is a very big plus. We could not be happier! Definitely recommend!!!

They have an almost perfect 5-star rating for a reason. I have been here almost a year and a half, and it’s been great since day one. Jasmine, Henry, Austin, and Adrian have always been friendly and accommodating. The units and grounds are maintained well, and the neighbors are respectful. It’s a peaceful little community that I’m happy to be a part of!
