I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team — especially Malik and Malik! They are truly amazing. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve responded quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. They’re respectful, efficient, and always make sure the job is done right the first time. It’s rare to find maintenance staff who are not only skilled but also genuinely kind and helpful. They make living here so much easier and more comfortable. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication — it does not go unnoticed!

Miss.Morgan was very welcoming and pleasant! she was very informative, professional, classy & patient. She goes above and beyond to make sure the office is running smoothly. She deserves the upmost respect! I came here to schedule a spontaneous tour on my birthday today & I am very pleased! The hallways and amenities were very clean and presentable! The one bedrooms were very spacious. Especially the Buckhead floor plan (my favorite) .

I recently moved here from South Carolina and I have really enjoyed my time here at Cortlland so far. Shanikua has been very helpful with answering all of my questions about the move in process and more! I would definitely recommend moving here. I have felt safe and everyone has been incredibly welcoming.
