Cortland at Buckhead Village

My recent stay at 3005 Buckhead was nothing less than amazing. The staff was accommodating and check-in was very straightforward. The location & renovations of the property easily call for 5/5 star review. This a great option for people visiting or wanting to lease in Buckhead. I can confidently say I will be booking another reservation at this location again.

I toured this property and was immediately impressed by how beautiful and welcoming the community is -- it truly feels like home. Aaron Jefferson, the maintenance supervisor, was incredibly friendly, warm and professional, making the experience even better. His kindness and positive energy made me feel genuinely welcomed. A stunning community with an amazing team behind it.

Don’t do it!!! Save yourself the headache! Management keeps changing and getting worse! This new management company is nit fit to make things better because it has only gotten worse. I can write a whole page on just how bad this place is! NOT TO MENTION ITS SOOO MANY AIRBNBS AND THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT UPON LOOKING TO LEASE! You will regret everything but the location! I have met tenants that have broken their lease because they are so fed up! All the office staff do is lie! The sky lounge has not been touched since I moved here 15 months ago but the leasing agent said it was being renovated! I have not been able to use an amenity I have been paying for since moving in! This place is CUTE THATS IT!

Management has been a constant headache. We were told that Airbnb operations would stop in October, but it’s now December and nothing has changed. Additionally, at every event they offer cheap free drinks & food and encourage residents to leave positive reviews, which feels inappropriate and misleading. There is a clear lack of follow-through and transparency. 🤯🤥😫🙄 They never reply the emails back to the residents…… Such poor service and an extremely frustrating management team. 🫨🫨🫨🫨

Living at Cortland Buckhead Apartments has been an incredible experience! The management team treated me with the utmost care and professionalism from day one. The amenities are top-notch, and my apartment came with an amazing view that I absolutely love. Everyone here has been so welcoming, making it feel like home right away.
