Cortland Arrowhead Summit

I've been living in this property for about three years now, and honestly, my opinion is very positive. They always handle all my work orders professionally and on time, maintain good communication with the neighbors, and carry out maintenance activities at least once a month, which is fantastic. I want to acknowledge the effort and great performance of the maintenance team; they're always attentive, and I especially want to mention Sergio, a great worker who I always see greeting everyone. Thank you, Cortland and team!

I want to mention how incredible it is to live in this property. I love the activities they do, like giving out pizza or bringing in a food truck. They make me feel integrated. And I want to mention the maintenance staff, always taking care of the property. Sergio has the patience and kindness to help me in my unit. Thanks to the office team.

I have lived here for a little over a year and only have positive things to say about the complex! Both neighbors and staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming. I especially want to mention that maintenance is the best team I have ever had compared to every single one of the other complexes I have ever lived in. They are very quick to respond, efficient, and have always actually fixed the problem. On the maintenance team, I want to give a massive thanks to Felipe Martinez, because not only was he extremely friendly, he was incredibly efficient! I truly recommend living here :)

I have had a rough 6 months and I have been working to get my apartment organized and to get all repairs that have hsd to be put on the back burner. Heli, David and Juan have been instrumental in making this happen for me. And the office has been wonderful about helping on so many levels thanks to Bailey and Breann. These 5 people deserve a round of applause for their above and beyond service. Thank you Cortland for having men and women like these!

David did an outstanding job replacing our garbage disposal! He responded quickly, arrived on time, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how warm and easygoing he was-our 16-month-old toddler and our big dog absolutely LOVED him, which says A LOT! It made the whole experience even better knowing everyone in the house felt comfortable around him. Highly recommend David for any home maintenance needs :)
