Cortland 3131

I really enjoy living at Cortland 3131 for many reasons. 1) It is conveniently located with many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Additionally, it is close to Emory University/Hospital (15 minute or less drive during rush hour) and right off the major highways. 2) The complex is clean and quiet. 3) The maintenance team is top notch usually getting to even non-emergency requests within 24 hours (when my dryer went out they replaced it same day). 4) The rent price is good for the area and for the amenities included (the car wash station is very nice). Great spot for students and career focused individuals!

Poorly managed apartment building. The maintenance staff is completely unprofessional and non-existent. Trash is picked up outside of your apartment in a black valet garbage can. My apartment didn't have one so we put the garbage bags out. No one bothered to say anything for a week about the black can. Finally, we called the hotline and they informed us about the can. Solved, next issue. They don't work on Fridays to get ready for the weekend. The dog walk area is never emptied, overflowing with poop bags. They don't replace the bags so the poop is everywhere. Our toilet was leaking and they came to fix it. Said they needed a part. One week later, they knock and walk in to our apartment to fix it. In and out and in and out. I had the pleasure of living at Cortland for 4-5 years. The environment is always clean, the neighbors are great, and I have never had a bad experience with the leasing office. Cortland looks to make improvements to their apartment and looks to add different amenities as well. Whenever there is a problem, maintenance is very quick to handle things. The only issue I ever had with Cortland was more out of their control. Cortland had a parking company service that would fine you for any minor infraction. Within nine months I paid about $600 in parking tickets. (That parking company is being sued). Other than that, I had no other issues there. For anyone who is looking to move into Cortland, I highly suggest it because they do it right. They do provide good service and they look to actually

Great location and best customer service. Bre and other girls definitely care about the residents. The tour was amazing and super helpful to see the apartment I would be living. The maintenance is super quick to respond and they even replaced the A/C for me so I can sleep better🥹. Definitely consider this apartment complex! They do care!

My experience so far has been amazing!! I first met with Mikya for a tour and signed my lease with her!! She was incredible, so nice, and answered any questions I had. She was honest and very knowledgeable and even reached out move-in day because she wasn’t going to be on site but congratulated me and gave me her contact info if needed!! Even when I called for other things along the move in process and spoke to other people everyone was so kind and always made sure I hung up with my questions answered!
