Worst move in experience ever. I signed my lease Jan 14th. The apartment was a complete mess when I viewed it but I was promised that it would be ready by Feb 19th. I spoke with the leasing manager on the 17th and asked if I could get my key a day or so early and she and the maintenance man said I had to wait until move in day. We'll on the evening of Feb 18th the leasing manager told me that she was moving my move in date by an additional week because the apartment was not ready. That freaking apartment had not been touched since June of 2025 when the last tenant left. That date was on the leasing board when I was in the office. Anyway I told the leasing person let's call her Kenya, that that would not work for me. She did a bunch of literal crying and talking about the maintenance man sc

Place is loaded with loud obnoxious residents that take to partying all hours of the night all week long in the parking lots and apartment walkways. Throwing their trash wherever they feel like it. Paying for things like Valet Living that doesn't always pick up everyone's trash and doesn't show up on the days they're supposed to. Pay for pest control that rarely if ever services the complex. And make no mistake, this complex has bad pest problems ( roaches and fleas are bad ) Repairs that go unresolved for months if at all. Especially if there's issues with the air conditioning. The claim that it's not a necessity is just lazy. This is Florida, it's a necessity in the summer. Residents shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for alternative means to keep their apartments cool during the summer

I wish I could give two separate ratings. I would give Kasie a 5 star. But since this is under the company and not her alone. I have to do a 4 star. Kasie is amazing, she has worked a lot to make so many positive changes to the apartment complex, and was always very open in communication with me, and fast to respond. However my rating goes down do to things that were out of her control. I was there for 2 years, first year in a 1 bedroom, I moved to a 2 bedroom with a roommate the 2nd year. Towards the end of my lease, I no longer had a roommate and was hoping to move back into a one bedroom by myself. I was denied this, with no reason other than "they aren't permitting anyone to transfer apartments". This alone was a major let down to me because I actually did enjoy this apartment comple

We have been living here for almost a year now, and we have been extremely happy with our stay so far. Kasie the apartment manager has been very helpful and kind. If any maintenance issues someone is always here within 24 hrs. Highly recommend.

Reflecting on my two-year residency in this community, I can confidently attest that ever since the inception of the new management, the entire Apartment complex has been thriving and enhancing consistently in every possible way. The issues of violent and loud neighbors, and dirty driveways have finally been addressed and resolved. I am immensely grateful to Casey for her unwavering commitment and exceptional service to our community. Her accomplishments already speak volumes, and we look forward to seeing more of her excellent work.
