Corso Apartment Homes

Pet friendly apartment homes at a great location. All the staff are courteous and helpful. Grounds are well maintained. I've had a couple service requests, which were taken care of promptly. I love my apartment. The Clark Fork floor plan has a spacious design for a studio. It's wonderful to have the washer/dryer in the apartment. The Corso apartments are the best!

I have lived at Corso for the last 15 months, and they are, by far, the best apt management team I've ever had. I've lived in several complexes throughout my life, and I was impressed enough with them to write a review. I'm sad to be moving, but I'm leaving the state for a job. The staff is friendly, competent, caring, honest, and such an all around pleasure to work with. The facilities and apartments are also very nice, and anytime we had any issue, such as a small leak in the winter, it was taken care of promptly. Everyone on their staff is a pleasure to interact with, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs and care about the residents. Also, the central location in the city is great! I loved being on the Milwaukee Trail and so close to Good Food Store. I have and will continue to recomm

I truly enjoy living at the Corso Apartment Homes. The leasing office staff is very professional, courteous, and attentive. The grounds are well-maintained and they employ a top-notch maintenance staff. In addition, there are so many amenities to utilize such as the business office services, gym, dog park, storage facilities, as well as social gatherings. Corso is a great value and I feel very safe living here.

Corso is beautifully kept and has the nicest maintenance team. It’s a quiet place to live with conveniences that are still close. Plus the trial access allows me to bike to work! We love our balcony and all of the amenities.

I had to leave Corso to relocate for work or I would have never left! Amazing management, Alyssa and Katie went above and beyond to take care of me when I was going through hard times. Maintenance is great too, they had my service requests taken care of so quickly - and my dog LOVED when they'd come in and visit him! Overall a fantastic experience, I would highly recommend living at Corso!
