Corral Park Apartments

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is honestly the cleanest apartment complex I’ve ever been to! The property is always well-maintained, and you can tell the management really takes pride in keeping everything in top shape. It’s so quiet and peaceful here — the kind of place where you can truly relax and feel at home. The property manager is amazing — super professional, friendly, and always on top of things. I couldn’t be happier living here!

Clean and very quiet. Anytime I have had a maintenance request it was answered and handled quickly.

Water has been pouring or dripping from my ceiling for the past two weeks. I called and left a message with no return call to report the problem. Called again a few days later and they got someone out, but the ceiling was already falling down (literally on me as I was showering). With a big hole cut out in the ceiling, that how it was left with no communication around their understanding the problem was fixed. It is not fixed. I called over Memorial weekend and only a tech came out. Water issues in my mind seemed like a more urgent situation to fix, but they just came to look and didn’t show up until the next day. We wouldnt give any stars ..... It's very disheartening that what we thought would be a good facility for our relative, is actually not. Our relative was eventually harrassed by the tenant below them. This tenant would tap on their ceiling to "be quiet" because this person apparently heard every movement, as well as threatening texts from this tenant to our ELDERLY relative. Our relative had to move out because the staff refused to do anything, even with evidence. Apparently our relative wasn't the first person they did this to. Lastly, our relative hired a carpet cleaner when they moved out and they have a receipt. The manager said they will not refund anything because the carpets had to be professionally cleaned. Twice? I would not consider this property to rent. Just trying to contact someone os difficult. When I finally did reach the manager about availability, he was very rude, condescending and acted like I was wasting his time. Could care less if I was interested in renting there or not.
