This place is the worst. I have closed the mortgage sale more than once and never had experience like this. They were supposed to refund us the water escrow holdback after 30 days of closing, but they didn't. No one reached out to us or anything. After two months, I tried to call a few times but no one ever answered the phone. I emailed and got a response that it will be refunded soon. Waited for two weeks, no check came. I had to call (no one answered) and email again. Finally, I got the check. They hold back two amounts: the last water bill and the water escrow holdback. We got refunded only one amount. I was at their office, left about 5 minutes, tried to call about the second refund, no one answered the phone. Plus, the check is showing the OLD address after I already provided them th
