Where do I begin! We were blessed to be introduced to Amber Jacobs via Dustin Alexander. The timing of needing to find a place was not the greatest due to the nature of my job of being in-season but we were put at instant ease and peace in working with Amber. She was very attentive to our needs and schedule. She found the perfect place for us. We recommend her with all the stars in the world!

Brittany informed me that she would have someone else on a three-way call, which she claimed was for “training purposes.” However, the tone and direction of the conversation made it feel more like an attempt to intimidate or bring in backup to handle the situation. The call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Throughout the interaction, she consistently spoke in a condescending manner rather than working toward a solution. Ironically, the other woman on the call was calm, polite, and did not engage in the same tone or behavior, which made the contrast even more noticeable.
