Cornerstone Estates

Lived here 3 years ago. Thin walls & could hear every word my neighbors said. Studio looked amazing & size immense, but never finished remodeling . Tub & toilet had chips in the porcelain. Winter caused issues in getting out of the lot & I had to tell management it was their responsibility to shovel sidewalks🙄 Couldn't believe the efficiencies were even legal!! Breaker box was located in maintenance room☹️ I would never recommend this place as a home!!!

I really do not like making bad reviews but this place is terrible. The property manager is absolutely unprofessional, she fights tenants and have domestic arguments out in the parking lot. Maintenance comes into your apartment without notice on numerous occassion. Mice are a huge problem, also roaches are an issue due to neighbors leaving trash everywhere. I had to get rid of the roaches on my own which took about three months because the exterminator manangement got was an absolute joke. Also, some of the tenants had bed bugs and ticks due to having dogs which we are not allowed to have but for some reason "certain" tenants are afforded the privilege.The actual location, price, layout of the apartment, and square footage is nice. I had a tour at the apartments and although the apartments are nice, the manager, Lori, is a different story. I had toured the apartments and wanted to put in an application. I had everything filled out and ready except my pay stubs, to which lori agreed that i could email them to her. Lori then had me pay my application fee ($45) in cash. I honestly found this fishy as no other apartment I’ve lived in has ever had that be a thing, but okay I guess- figured they had a bad experience with canceled checks. I never heard back from Lori. I called her TWICE and left messages TWICE with no response. I don’t care if I didn’t get the apartment, what I care about is that they took my money and didn’t have the decency to let me know one way or another. I encourage people to not apply there and get

i just applied today for a studio. i was greeted with a smile by amy the property manager she was really professional and kind threw out our whole conversation. i am actually impressed how nice and kept up they keep the rental property's considering the affordable prices. im looking forwarding to becoming a resident at cornerstone estates.

Worse place I ever lived in roaches and rats! Up stairs neighbors were pure hell. I complained so many times. Management was very professional. You never know a place untill you move in and its too late.
