I've been living here for 2 years now and I Am very pleased with the apts and the area is very quiet and safe I love it living here.

I had called up awhile ago asking about low income housing as I am a full time student looking for a place to live, and affordable enough. They never called me back so now I just called and the lady was very rude and snooby, I get we don’t like our jobs sometimes but that’s not professionalism. I had told her my income and she seemed like it was crazy for me to make so low, as I literally can’t make anymore with going to school and etc, I can pay rent for a certain amount of money, that wouldn’t be an issue then snoobily said we don’t allow full time students to rent. Maybe you should put this in your advertisements, no wonder students struggle everyday to make livings because of places like this that don’t have sympathy, and advised false advertising. I suggest you re-elevate yourself. I

The only positive thing about this development is the apartments themselves. The management style is very concerning the way they talk to the tenants and how they treat the tenants the initial management that was here when they opened were great. They were empathetic and they had open communication with the tenants. The new management that are still there talk down to people and have no empathy and are just not nice. The complex is not well-maintained. It’s never power washed and it looks so disgusting. It’s an eye sore management loves to send emails threatening to send everything to their lawyer, including trash being left out by children instead of holding a tenant meeting which has never taken place to address any concerns, they resort threats. we’ve been here for almost a year now and it’s been great. the waitlist stated 1-1.5 yrs and we got in, in about 6 months. everyone is very friendly. the maintenance people are also very nice and answer pretty quickly at all hours of the night. i’ve seen some bad reviews but everyone is different. i’ve had nothing but good experiences while i’ve been here and recommend this place to, if you’re new to searching for your own place or just want a quiet environment. that’s one of the best things about this place is that it’s quiet and peaceful, rift raft here and there but overall quiet and hidden which is nice. i recommend to everyone, 5/5!!

This place is ridiculous to rent from.I lived there for three years at first it was great place then all of sudden they charge you for ever little thing. I never had to pay for repairs in my other places I rented. I have a special needs child an because of you guys I can't find a place to live with my three children I fell on hard times last year an yall were quick to take me to court an ruin my credit I lost a baby last year an my job horrible company Walter's Group shame on yall
