Cornell Mill Lofts

We’ve been living in this apartment for almost a year and I couldn't be happier! The amenities are top-notch, with a great amenities convenient in-unit laundry. But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional maintenance team reception team. Any issues I've had have been addressed promptly and professionally, making me feel like I'm truly valued as a resident. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and spacious, with plenty of natural light and comfortable living areas. The community is friendly and welcoming. I've been impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to excellence shown by the management team specially Joyce, Michelle and Kim. Living at Cornell mills for the last 6 months has been nothing less than amazing. The community is safe, I feel comfortable and safe in our home with our children. The whole building is kept in great condition the staff (Joyce and frank, to name a few) are kind and friendly. Any issues we’ve had have been fixed quickly and we’ve also had help with any question or concerns. I highly recommend others to come in live in the mills here!

I have so many wonderful things to say about Cornell Mill Lofts but will do by best to stick to the basics. My family has loved living here for almost 5 years! I would recommend this location to any family dynamic! - We always felt safe! The other residents and management are good, kind people who always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. - The common places are incredibly clean! All through COVID and since, they have kept up with cleaning and sanitizing! The woman who cleans is not only amazing and detailed at her job, but she is also so nice! My kids would be afraid of the loud vacuum and she would turn it off and say hi when we’d walk by 😊 It was always great to come home and walk through the lobby and hallways that smelt nice and clean! - The management is amazing! I absolutely love living at Cornell Mills, my sons & I have been here since 8/2018 & we love it. It is extremely clean, quiet, & maintenance is quick & efficient. Nice amenities, security is a plus and ample parking. The staff are personable, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Tanya, Michelle, Joyce, Derek & Frank etc.. have been great. I would definitely recommend Cornell Mills, awesome place to live 10/10, if I need something maintenance comes asap. My unit is beautiful, it’s on the 4th floor with a loft and 2 baths great view. To the staff, Thank you!!

I've lived here for two years and it's the best apartment I've ever lived at. Mama Joyce and the rest for the front office staff are fabulous! They have been welcoming, friendly, loving, since day one. They have been a family away from home and anyone that lives here is lucky to do SO!
