Lived there for a year and dealt with peoria location. I rented apartment in pekin don't recommend they dont care about fixing it up at all or anything for that matter. When I moved in they didnr even clean the apartment spent 3 days cleaning they said credit me 100 but only credit 80 but will charged ridiculous amount if you clean the apartment which more then likely they will scam people The gutters outside my apartment were overflowing so water would flood rhe apartment 5 area. Fridge door hand was busted off and missing storage rack in tje fridge. Floor waa destroyed and windows kn the bedroom needed to be replace. But mainatance said they were fine and to just put plastic up wven though u coukd be a foot away and feel cold air blowing at me. My neighbor that moved kn after me her whol

I called a month ago inquiring about a property & was told I'd be called back but they never did. Finally called a 4th or 5th time a few weeks later, finally got the tour scheduled but was told there are 3 people in line for the property now.. was told I'd get a confirmation text about the tour but it never came. I called many times with no answer. Showed up to the house to tour & nobody showed up & they wouldn't answer their phones nor call me back when I left messages..Please, guys, it's hard enough finding a good property/house to rent right now.. Just feels so disrespectful to leave someone hanging like this.

Currently renting. Will never, ever do that from here again. Had water/sewage backflow into the downstairs bathroom when I was taking a shower and water/sewage free flowing from drain pipe in basement. Called the office. Put in maintenance request for that and several other things like a leak from the back door frame when it rained. Technician showed up, looked at it and told my wife “I’ll have to contact our plumber” No follow up email or calls. Issues still persist a week and a half later with no communication. Update: Was finally fixed after making an emergency call in the early morning on a Sunday. Refused to help with clean up of sewage/poop water in basement. Absolutely love the hard work they do Every time we have something to communicate with core 3 they alway communicate back and resolve every situation as best as they can. Thank you core 3 for caring about us residents

Please guys look for a house elsewhere. These people are just interested in your application fee payment. I had a horrible experience with them.
