Came to visit this beautiful community yesterday. Great floor plans. Affordable pricing for the product. Helpful sales rep walked us thru the process.

Houses are pretty, pretty close together that is! Don't let the shine fool you, the neighbors throw their trash in your yard cause they are too cheap to pay for garbage service, and when a neighbor's tree falls on your nice new vehicle and damages it, they will then torment you for having the nerve to say something about it. The houses look nice, but are mostly filled with trash. And don't expect that HOA you are paying every month to do anything about anything other than collect your money.

Very unhappy with the final reveal of our new home. For 500k+ we were expecting a higher level of professionalism, quality and finishing work. But mostly, we didn't appreciate the attitude from the sales agent when confronting him on a few of the issues. I would shop around and ask others in the community prior to purchasing anything here. Gregg (Field Manager) was great to work with! He's a pro! If you need support in this community, he's your man.
