Nioshya is very helpful and friendly. She showed us the apartment and was really great about answering any questions we had. We are so greatful for Shayla for recommending us to his apartment. The space is really nice especially for a first apartment!

Nioshya gave me a tour at the apartment complex. She was very professional and knowledgeable with the whole process. She answered all of my questions and eased the anxiety I was having. Nioshya is amazing. Also, I had the pleasure of speaking to Shayla. She is amazing also. This is a great team. Nioshya and Shayla always called to make sure everything on my end was going well. The most amazing thing, I'm in the process of getting approved. Thanks for all of the help and concerns.

Hello I was driving by and my mom was like let’s check out corder crossing and as soon as we walked in I meet Ms Nioshya and Ms Shyla and they was soo helpful with me and my mother I loved the way Ms Nioshya walk and talked me through everything when I tell you I was over looking for apartment today but when I walked in corder crossing I felt home like I would love living here i will he calling corder crossing my knew home oh my god the way Ms Nioshya cared about her residents and my mom I knew then this is it very customer service skills just warmed my heart thanks ladies I will be submitting my application as we speak may god bless you ladies Ms Nioshya you deserve that position and more I love her thanks again 🫶🏾🫶🏾
