Donna Anderson was an absolutely incredible realtor! From day one she always put us and our needs first. She made it a point to understand us both and what we were looking for in our first home. Our first day looking at houses, she was able to get a feel for what style we liked and what was most important to us in a home. By the end of our first day looking, we had found the perfect place! From that point forward, she made sure we knew what each step of the process entailed, and she worked alongside us the whole time. Donna is a real estate professional in every sense of the word. She possesses a “can-do” attitude and takes any task given to her and delivers great results. She was incredibly responsive, and her industry knowledge was beyond superb. I would recommend both Donna and Avery-Hess, Realtors to anyone considering a new home purchase in the Shenandoah Valley.

I’ve never had more of an unethical transaction, neither have I ever experienced “professionals” who appear to willingly support improperly licensed contractors to perform repairs on homes (specifically in my case). This review doesn’t seem to be the only one stating unethical behavior stemming from this branch. It speaks volumes and should to future parties seeking help in real estate work.

One of the most petty real estate office I've ever dealt with. I would not rent anything through these folks again. I've paid on time every month, but when it comes time to have to deal with them, they are not righteous or business-like. I am not sure who Donna is, but whoever deals with her should feel blessed in ever way apparently.
