Coral Vista

I recently visited Coral Vista in Tamarac while searching for potential properties for an upcoming move. I had a scheduled tour booked to see one of their two bedrooms, two bath units. When I arrived, I was impressed by how clean the property was. As soon as I entered the leasing office the outdoor pool and grill area caught my attention, the pool and lawn are beautiful and clearly visible from the office. I met with a woman in the leasing office who was pleasant, but unfortunately, not very informative. I believe her name was Yvette. I sat in her office for a while, and she seemed to need time to get herself organized . Her computer wasn't on, and she didn't have any brochures available to give or even to me. I have been living here for a year and I LOVE it here! The staff, Stefany, Jennifer, and Henry make such a great team. The maintenance team are really good at acting promptly to issues, and they make sure the job is done in excellence. Even the gentleman on trash duty is really nice. If I think of a concern, it would probably be “no assigned parking.” However, if you’re staying further from the entrance of the complex (and the pool), you won’t have parking concerns. Coral Vista staff keep the complex clean (as clean as possible when people throw trash everywhere), and they’re always willing to help, and go above and beyond! I have no complaints. I really love living here!

I can not wait for my lease to be over , I will not be renewing!!!!!!! I’ve been here 3 years. Never had screens for my window. I can’t even get FRESH AIR if without something flying inside my home , the urgency when something needs to be fixed is ridiculous. I put a work order in 1/21/2026 for my kitchen sink being stopped up , it’s 1/26/2026 no one has still came out to fix it or acknowledge it!!!!! I had to get someone to come and get fix it MYSELF. MY TOILETS HAVE BEEN SINGING NONE STOP FOR MONTHS , MY SEWER AND WATER BILL CHANGES EVERY MONTH , I was paying $30 - $50 for both now my sewer is over $120 and no one can ever tell me why the drastic jump! I’m calling cooperate next.

0 stars for this community. The supervisor is never in the leasing. The people in the leasing never get you a solution. The water meter is damaged and those guys have been charging me a huge quantity of money for water. When I refused to pay my rent because the rent is associated to the water the put me a late fee of 200 dollars. Why I refused to pay it ? Because I am not going to pay 300$ of water every month cuz I know I am not spending this quantity of water. The blocked me the app to make the payments. So every months I have to pay with money orders. What’s the solution? They said to me I have to wait one year like this 😂😂😂😂. They are never in the leasing. Open the leasing late and they go early so i can never see them to pay my rent. This people are very unprofessional and of course

Went to tour an apartment today, and I’m fully convinced this is the place for me. The women in the office were extremely welcoming, answered every question I had, and made me feel completely comfortable bringing up all my concerns. Great experience overall.
