While communication with the previous property manager was not always ideal, the current manager, Christine, has been outstanding. She is friendly, responsive, and efficient when addressing any concerns or maintenance needs. The location of my rental is also an advantage, it’s conveniently close to local hospitals, grocery stores, and downtown Syracuse, making it an ideal place to live with minimal travel time. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with my experience.

Will not rent to you if your credit score under 650. I was told they would work with me because i have a credit score under 650. I was then able to see the apartment and fill out a application with hopes of being able to rent the apt since they told me they will work with me. Then the very next day I was told my score is not a 650 and they've already rented the apt to someone else.
