Copperwood Real Estate

I just moved to New York by myself and have been so relieved that I found a Copperwood property. The leasing process was seamless (I used a broker but in hindsight, they make it so easy that I could have done it myself and saved the $, JFYI if you have a broker I would recommend just looking at their website and reaching out to Copperwood directly). The team at the front office are very responsive and nice (Evelyn and Malanie specifically). I think my apartment is fairly priced for what we get - although I do think the common areas in the building could use a little bit of a refresh (a coat of paint in the hallway would go a long way) - but it's nothing that is out of the norm for NYC. Wonderful management team—special thanks to Gashi and Evelyn for their help. They are incredible helpful. However, if you are very sensitive to noise, please consider living on a higher floor, as soundproofing in prewar buildings, which are mostly constructed with wood joists, is generally not as effective as in concrete structures. But overall my living experience is nice👏

I moved into a Copperwood property earlier this year, and it’s been a great experience. The whole team has been friendly, easy to reach, and helpful. The super, Gashi, has been absolutely phenomenal, he is kind, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Any time something comes up, he’s there right away. This has been one of the best renting experiences I’ve had in New York.

Recently moved into a Copperwood building and it has been such a great experience. The super—Gashi—in particular is fantastic. Met with me the day I moved in and took care of any issues I had. So responsive and thorough. Best rental experience I’ve had in NYC thus far and I’ve been here 20 years lol.
