Copperstone Apartment Community

This apartment was one of the worst I have lived in. The office people were not attentive and most of the time their responses to my complaints or concerns were that they couldn’t do anything. My apartment reeked of smoke and I was never a smoker. While the rent price was good I’m not sure it was truly worth it. On TOP I was never given my security deposit back which was almost $800 so if you’re expecting that back forget it. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Would have rather paid more rent. OH and on top of it, was not quite the safe place and when called after hours about a scary situation happening in the neighborhood the man who I spoke with told me there was nothing he could do. Again my point lays.

To whom every It may concern I am very Impressed of the structure and integrity Of Copperstones main office. Its always pleasure to stop by with whatever It may be I'm needing or simple to just pay rent. The staff and there boss always makes you feel at home.A truely lovely property. I enjoy residing at this Lindsey establishment. I'm without a shadow of a doubt convinced you will not find a better bunch to get you settled In your home.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE APARTMENT – STAY AWAY DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. This is hands down the WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. 0% CLEANLINESS. SPIDER WEBS EVERYWHERE IN ROOM, ON FANS, ON COUNTERTOP and a strong SMOKE SMELL THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE APARTMENT. The kitchen cabinets were GREASY WITH OIL STAINS, and the bathroom sink was EXTREMELY DIRTY WITH HEAVY STAINS. This place was FILTHY AND COMPLETELY UNLIVABLE. I signed a 6-MONTH LEASE, but within 10 MINUTES OF ENTERING THE APARTMENT, I realized how bad it was and immediately asked to cancel. The management’s response was shocking: even though it was the SAME DAY, they demanded 3 MONTHS’ RENT AS A CANCELLATION PENALTY and said MY DEPOSIT WOULD NOT BE RETURNED. PURE MONEY GRABBING. These apartments are the worst besides the black mold all around the windows. I thought it was dirt until we cleaned them and it came back. Maintenance said that it was our problem and left it at that. The windows when you push on them, the glass piece would separate from the seal. Instead of replacing the windows they just put sealant very poorly. They still pop out dang near. The maintenance crew are a joke. We had a huge snake in front of the apartment. So we called the maintenance 24/7 line and they didn’t pick up or nothing it rang 2 times and stop like they hung up. Oh I can’t forget. I paid my rent on time and they said I can’t release. We asked them why and they said we don’t have to tell you. Well my wife went to the office with her mom and finally got an answer. The answer was be

Terrible communication and management. They don't care about you at all. Moved in after signing my lease, only to find water all under the vinyl, which has since spread to the carpet and cabinets. They don't pro rate. All they do is get contractors out. Still waiting on things to be figured out, but I can't really live in this flooded apartment. Still, I must pay and make do because "you signed the lease". Get what you pay for, I guess. Update: AC drain lines are clogged, so I have water leaking through my closet ceiling and into all my valuables. Tons of old games and a PS4 lost. I call when I find it, and I get zero sympathy, told to catch the water and clean the mold (most of which is inaccessible), blamed for the mold almost ("mold doesn't just appear overnight"), and told it will tak
