Copper Ridge Apartments

I have lived here about a year and 1/2 and can confidently say it is fantastic! The management staff is always helpful and responsive to my needs. The grounds are so well maintained, the building is SO quiet, and neighbors are friendly. I feel extremely safe with the keyed entry door into the building. I highly recommend Copper Ridge to anyone looking for an all around wonderful place to live!

Friendly and very helpful staff. My apartment is part of the new construction and is amazing. Floor plan and amenities are really nice. The view out my windows and from my patio of the hills is pretty amazing as well. If military be weary of when you move out. Housing gives you one month notice to move in, CRA requires two calendar months. So if you notify them after the first of the month you're on the hook for the current month plus two more, even if you change to month-to-month. They have the most in depth exit inspect I've ever seen. Upon leaving I ended up forfeiting my security deposit and pet security deposit.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and have zero complaints. Clean community, prompt maintenance crew and very friendly management. Nice little pool and above average gym for an apartment complex. I have only two suggestions: 1. Have a way to buzz in guests, DoorDash etc at the secured entrance with the keypad. 2. A hot tub.

My husband and I have lived at Copper Ridge now for 5 years. We recently just bought a home and are moving out in a month. As excited as we are, I truly am going to miss our apartment here at Copper Ridge! It's been a perfect, safe place to live with incredible management and maintenance teams. The view here is unbeatable, right along with one of my other favorite things to watch every summer--- the stunning flower beds by the pool with extremely talented gardeners tending to it every year. I've felt more at home here than any other apartment I've lived in. I highly recommend Copper Ridge!

We've lived here for quite some time now. Overall the experience has been soild. The location can't be beat, and the area feels safe. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The maintenance team has always worked swiftly and diligently to get repairs done. Being a car guy, at times I had owned more vehicles than the average person. The staff has always been kind in that regard as well. Overall, we are thankful to call Copper Ridge our home.
