Lived in a 2b/2b apartment here a year and a half, great staff, decent rent, legitimate complaints always get taken care of. The apartments are large and well maintained compared to other places ive lived. Very fast/polite maintenance. Great community vibe. The gates can be troublesome (sometimes get stuck/sensor doesnt work every once in awhile) but they haven't been closing them recently which I appreciate. I much prefer them open. Ill add photos of my own apartment to demonstrate the size of the rooms.
Attention MILITARY families! Do not rent here! If you cannot be in person during the move out inspection they will take your whole security deposit! We left our unit spotless and I took detailed videos upon move out. Unfortunately, due to PCS orders and their office not being open on weekends we could not be present for the move out inspection. They took this opportunity to charge us for replacing 3 of the blinds in the unit that were in perfect working order. They took the whole $500 deposit. The office manager Katie said that even with the detailed videos that we cannot argue their bogus charges since we were not “in person” during the move out. They market as being military friendly and tell you that it is no problem if you can’t be there during the move out inspection and do not make y
These people will scam you in every way they can. Make sure you have receipts of everything. Maintenance knocked on the bathroom door while I was in the shower because they needed to check something in my room. They couldn’t have waited until I wasn’t naked and in the shower? They will be trying to take as much money as they can from you and they will say you “can’t attest anything because you weren’t there for move out” which is how they scam you off nearly your WHOLE deposit. This is how they work. They know they are wrongfully charging you and don’t care. They are just money hungry. You would think with all the money they scam off people they could afford to have the roads plowed. I can't say enough good things about your maintenance department. I rarely have an issue but when I do it is taken care of in a better than timely fashion and I have never had to call about it again. Besides doing a great job the maintenance group are always there with a smile, friendly but always professional. I have complete confidence that if I need help It will be taken care of. I have never lived in an apartment as my husband and I have always had a house but this has been an excellent experience and I intend on staying here. Thank you!!!
LATE REVIEW: Moved out 2/28/25. From 9/23/23-2/25/25 I had 28 maintenance request. I was the first person to live in the apartment it was brand new. Do not move here. I lived in this apartment complex for a little over a year. They have had to come take up both of my toilets due to them not flushing, my heat went out 4 times due to a leak that maintenance barely could figure out in the process of them fixing my heat it kicked my breaker in my room causing me to not have lights which is a potential fire hazard. The property manager (Marie Badder) is incompetent and lack compassion. I think she was fired or moved to a different property after my complaint. I complained about my heat demanding it be fixed because it was 6 degrees outside, and to be paying 1400$ a month is absurd to continue h
