Copper Pass

I have been a resident of Copper Pass Apartment’s for 3 years and have never witnessed the professionalism, integrity and proficiency of a manager as I have with Alexander Rivas. He has demonstrated that his word is his bond and that he will listen when you have something to bring to his attention. The property curb appeal needed attention and he just got to it! There have been small but significant improvements in a short period of time. It’s exciting to see my home coming back to its original pristine beauty - it’s a reflection of the property owner, regional manager and site management. I’m beyond impressed with this manager and I hope he will continue working with the residents and addressing the concerns of those who are affected by this nonsense that exists in every apartment complex

Copper Pass is located on the edge of East Sioux Falls, the apartments have a secured entrance. There wasn’t a lot of crime activity when I was residing there. The rental rates are worth the price. The fact you don’t have to pay for garbage, sewer, and water is a bonus. I would live at Copper Pass again if I ever needed to. Although, I don’t see that happening anytime soon.

Tried setting up an appointment with them multiple times. Got a confirmation to meet them and then they ended up being a no-show. Tried to set up another appointment and they wouldn't return my voicemails.

difficult to find property, hard to get in contact with property owner and when I did, set up an appointment to view the place and nobody was at the office the time I was told to come. Call to reschedule same day and the same thing happened again, went to the property exactly the time was told to go down there to view the property and nobody was at the office again, wasted my time and gas coming to this place👎🏿never again
