Copper Hill Apartments

I've lived here for a month, and I really like it! My apartment is lovely, and I appreciate that the complex is beautiful and quiet. Delilah and Angela are both wonderful and very attentive, too.

As a resident, I really appreciate a lot about this rental complex. 1. Always a place to park, no matter the time of day/season 2. Management and staff are very friendly and respond quickly 3. Easy rent payments/maintenance requests through their resident portal 4. Each building is secured through the front door giving key access to only residents. 5. Neighbors, at least in my building, are quiet and respectful. 6. Walking distance to a convenience store and a fun brewery! It is not a fancy/flashy place as there is no pool or gym, which I personally don't need anyway. The only thing I wish I had was a deck as they were removed last year. Otherwise, I've enjoyed renting at Copper Hill!

It is a very quiet and peaceful place to live. Close to a lot of stores which is a plus.

My family and I have lived here for almost a year. I must say that I’ve had nothing but the best experience here. Nikki Copeland has helped us tremendously since day 1. Literally since day 1. She has been my go to girl for everything apartment related! The community is quite, barely ever see neighbors and when we do, they are nothing but nice. We have a 2 year old, and everyone we cross paths with are really friendly to him as well. Today, I had to put in a work order, and I received help with that very quickly! Two work orders were put in, and they were completed by the time we got home from work. Very impressive I must say. I am very surprised that it was done within the same day! I've been here since 11/2019 and, I gotta say, it's pretty nice. Rent is reasonable, staff (Brian & Nikki) is kind, attentive and take your issues seriously. The AC/heat works great. I don't know if the other apartments/buildings are the same, but it's really quiet, which I love. One thing that's not a huge deal, but really struck a chord with me, was the welcome basket when I first moved in. That was really cool. My only pet peeves are the inconsistency with the hot water in the sinks and the old, out-dated windows, plus the ban on satellite dishes (DirecTV), but that's mostly because Spectrum is terrible.
